This is nothing major. Well at least it’s not affecting me being able to use any of my items. Just something I noticed. I have both the Mark VI (GEN1) and the Mark VI(Gen1) Scarred helmets unlocked. But they don’t show as unlocked in my collection. Maybe somehow I’m confused, but I don’t think I am.
Let me explain. When I boot up Halo 5 I press the menu button->select customization->select Spartan appearance->select helmet->I then have both Mark VI GEN1 and the scarred version available to use along with the other helmets unlocked. It’s a total of 23 of 175.
But…if I menu button->select Requestions (instead of customization like the previous paragraph)->select collection->select customization->select helmet->it says that I have 20 of 175 helmets unlocked instead of 23 of 175. And it doesn’t show the two Mark VI helmets being unlocked. AND I decided to check here on the waypoint website, and it doesn’t show those two helmets unlocked. Those two helmets only show up unlocked in the way I described in the 2nd paragraph.
Now like I said earlier it doesn’t impact me using the items. I use the method in the second paragraph, and I’m able to use the helmets with no issue. You can see one in my pic that I use here while posting. It’s just something I noticed.
