Helmets not unlocking

I have had everything unlock pre classic helmet release. Yet everytime I go to unlock a rare pack which should unlock at least 2 of the Rare Helmets, all I get back are Req points? Is it glitched or something?

They are in a “Classic Helmets” pack that costs 150’000rp and will be released later today.

They can’t be unlocked in the conventional way:

Unlike Voices of War that is purchase only, the Classic Helmet pack is also available for 150,000 REQ points.
