Cosmetics are gained through req packs (for the most part.) It’s just a matter of luck on what you get out of the req packs. The best method for getting all the items with the least amount of time spent is to redeem your points for silver packs until you receive a points refund. Then move on to golds until you get points back. Then pick up bronzes until you’ve gotten the handful of remaining mongoose variants. That should give you everything that is available in the normal req pool.
