Helmets, Armor, and Cores

Is it true helmets like the CQB, Commando, Grenadier, CQC, ect won’t be able to be worn on Mark VII armor? I really hope this is not the case. And if so, it needs to change. Helmets should not be limited to armor cores.

No you can apply any piece of armor in any combination you like. But you do have the ability to apply a set of the same armor all at once if you’ve unlocked every piece. I like that feature because it means you don’t have to apply each piece of matching armor individually.

Okay, cool. I only ask because the helmets I mentioned above were all seen on the Mark V Reach armor core. I’ve also seen a few YouTube videos and posts on social media where they’re saying helmets are limited to certain cores. I’ve never seen any official confirmation on the topic, though.

Assuming the game allows us to wear Gen 3 Mark VI. I saw a picture of the armor, and it looked legit in the game’s unlockables.
