I was thinking what if 343 made GRD helmet for infinite sense it never got released to reach would you rock such a cool looking helmet
I don’t see it as being my style, I usually prefer something with average sized visors (smaller than EVA, slit like Recon for the least though preferably bigger) for such helmets fit more for my varying playstyle with no exact specializations.
The GRD helmet looks more fitting for someone with marksman (or other specialization requiring targeting like spotter) type specialization, the problem with the helmet though, is that the shape of the helmet really caughts eye more, much like with the headgear of Halo 3 jackal snipers. So I can kind of see why it was scrapped given there are more inconspicuous helmets to choose from.
Other than that, it seems somewhat like lighter version of the gungnir in a sense that both seem like they could be used for similar purposes by having possibly gear focused on optimizing the focused view by sacrificing field of view. Not that there would be a problem with that.
So for me, depending on the helmet pool, it would likely be one of the later helmets id unlock. That is if the helmets in Infinite are less like the quantity of H5g and focus on quality.
