There are 238 of them total: 226 can be attained from normal REQ packs, 12 of them can’t
Open silvers till you get req points then open golds
Open Silver packs and then move on you Golds once you’re finished with them.
Start with the cheapest and work your way up. I’m pretty confident there are a few common helmets that can be picked up from the bronze pack. You can then move up the sliver, and you’ll know when you’ve gotten everything when it starts giving you points back. This maybe take a while unless you already have everything else like weapon customises, skins, power weapons, etc.
