Well it’s not much of a menu, it’s literally like a box of lego you have to slush around in for ages to find the Armour you want. Seriously, who approves these dumb ideas? I can’t be the only who who’s jimmies are rustled…
Edit:
What’s wrong with a list of names? Then with variation options in those names? (like you had it in beta)
The interface is definitely clunky, I feel like the Halo Reach interface would be a significant improvement.
You’re not. I unlocked all the silver permanents before the golds. To select the best armors/helmets, I have to scroll to the right for ages.
I think they should be a vertical menu, and when you click each piece, it opens a sub-menu with all the variations of that armor, like Halo Reach used to.
There are about 90 different versions of some of these armors. The warrior, raider, defender, war master; all come to mind.

I was playing it yesterday with my little brothers, and my god the Halo Reach UI is still without question the best UI i’ve ever seen in a game.
yeah uhmm… 190 armor that I have to scroll through (already excluding helioskrill because I can’t unlock it sadly) just to get to the end for my Legendary mythics. yeah Uhmm we’re gonna need something to get them all organized. Alphabetical with a sub menu for skins please… rarity shown is a plus.

I agree wholeheartedly! The Reach UI was simply amazing, I fail to see why 343i doesn’t just suck it up and use that one. Even if they don’t want to copy it 100%, they can at least be inspired by it. Rather than have our armours be sorted by when we’ve unlocked them, why not have submenues like in Reach? We could have a list with the base version of every helmet/armour, like in Reach, and once you select the one you want it brings you to a menu with all the available skins for it. Simple, right?
And the same could go for weapons in Warzone with loadout weapons. As it stands now, having to navigate through every single BR to find the one we want is such a pain. It would make so much more sense to have four menus, one for each type of scope (or three, for the other weapons), and then select the attachment that we would like.
343i is far from being efficient with their UI design, and it’s one of the things that stops Halo 5 from reaching its full potential.

This would be awesome. The Warzone idea is great, being able to select your loadout weapon variants more efficiently would be extremely welcome.
