Hello Everyone!
I keep on finding myself lost in an almost trance with Halo 3 ODST and its glorious music that transports me into the shoes of the rookie in the lonely and dark abandoned streets of New Mobassa. What I want to ask is for those who love Halo 3 ODST and find a similar connection to this fantastic masterpiece is how do you fill your craving for more! I recently started to think of listening to New Blood and Old Blood as they pertain to the game, but I guess I wanted to reach out to all of you to see what you may have found that seemed to work for you OR has even expanded the experience.

I would recommend reading New Blood and Bad Blood, as you mentioned above. Also, Buck and Alpha-9 (different team members) make an appearance in Halo Reach. Also read Halo Helljumpers. It’s a comic book about Romeo and Dutch before they joined Alpha-9. Then there’s the pre-mission evaluations conducted by Buck when he was recruiting members to Alpha-9 before the events of H3 ODST (gonna have to dig for that stuff, but you can read the transcripts of the videos on Halopedia). There’s probably more I can’t remember off the top of my head though.
If you’re just looking for some more ODST lore, then check out the Halo Evolutions story “Dirt”. Great story about some CMA recruits who work their way up into the ODSTs during the Covenant War.
I read New Blood and Old Blood they’re pretty good.
