I recently made the switch from Bumper Jumper to Helljumper on the standard controller because I wanted to have the same control scheme as Destiny.
I’m finding the transition to be a bit slow but I could see myself using it in the long run. I don’t use ground pound that often so that’s a common disadvantage that I can ignore. I also don’t see an issue with jumping and ADSing at the same time - not a big deal.
Is there anyone else that uses Helljumper on the standard controller and wrecks with it?
I switched 4 days ago actually. It feels much more natural, especially with melee. I would recommend doing ffa until you get the hang of it. (Lots of 2 shot grenade throw deaths with the BR lol)

Haha! Going in for the melee but instead chucking a grenade… I did that quite a bit last night.

Yup, only thing I don’t like about helljumper is that to toggle your smartlink you have to press “A” (and take your thumb off of “RS”) so I leave it on auto. I think bumper jumper has the same problem.

Switched from Bumper Jumper to Helljumper, never liked clicking the right stick to zoom, not big on using the right stick for melee but ive adapted quite well-although ground pound is a pain for me as I play on level 2 sensitivity…
