Let’s clear one thing up before I go any further with this. Hellcat is a pretty sweet armor set. When I saw the pics that confirmed that the ancient human armor (especially the helmet) was coming to Halo 5 I was hyped. I said I would wear it all the time. But I noticed on the pic that the spartan version of the armor was all worn and battle torn like all spartan armor is. I wasn’t particularly pleased with that, but I decided that it would look cool enough in customization for me to not even give a care once I saw it. I was wrong. Not wanting to seem ungrateful having finally unlocked it, I wore it for at least two or three games. However I got bored of it pretty quickly. The armor itself was pretty freaken cool, yet it was still all scratched up. And the helmet was big and tacky, while also being all scratched up. (See my point yet?)
Now don’t get me wrong. In most cases I like that battle torn look on the spartan armor. I believe it fits really well for most of them. Just not for Hellcat. My expectations for this Hellcat armor were for it to be like the Perfection armor in Halo 4. To be cool, sleek and forerunner looking. I wanted to feel like Lord of the…whatever whenever I wore it. If the Hellcat armor is to make a return in Halo 6 It would be so freaken awesome if they did the same thing with it as they did with the Perfection armor. Make you feel like one of the solders fighting for Yprin Yprikushma back in the Human Forerunner war. Make sure the armor looks truly legendary and especially for the helmet, ensuring that the helmet, or the lights on it for that matter are not too big, and you should be able to determine the color of the lights based on the visor you pick. I think that would be beyond awesome. How about you?
