Has any one got helioskrill from the legend achievement?
Yes, I have. Not a great fan by the way, I think I will watch Halo Nightfall in these days to get the ODST armor.
I got this armor set from an ordinary gold pack. However, I can at least say with confidence that I have managed to complete the Legend achievement.
I unlocked Helioskrill back in the beta days of Halo 5. I felt really cool and I was very proud to wear it. Once Helioskrill became available in req packs, it still was a trophy to me personally but it lost some of it’s legendary status.

I also unlocked Helioskrill by unlocking the “Legend” achievement. Very fun to unlock, but I was not pleased when I learned it was thrown into the REQ pool along with all the filler armor.

I was going for the Legend achievement a few years back. I got through Halo CE and most of Halo 2 which was a pain. Then I got on Halo 5 and opened a req pack and got it. I was so pissed because one Halo 2 mission kept crashing and me and my dad finally beat it and then boom Helioskrill the next day. Eventually I finished the Legend achievement so I could earn Helioskrill legit.
I earned the Helioskrill armour quite recently by completing the Legend achievement. I’m very proud of my achievement, especially because I did not use any glitches and whatnot to skip any section of any mission in any of the games, nor did I make use of that rather cheap tactic of draining enemy shields by way of a plasma pistol and then finishing off the target with a headshot from a precision weapon. Best of all, I kept a surprisingly high number of allies alive throughout the games. It was quite a challenge, but it was certainly worth it!

That’s like you earning a trophy just for them to give out that trophy you earned as a participation medal.
