as long as the campaigns are finished then you’re good
you cant get it anymore, or atleast I didn’t so don’t get your hopes up. Edit: I got like 2 weeks later

You can still get it. In your case, it probably didn’t register some completed missions. It’s a good idea to fish out missions that weren’t registered and redoing them.
I’e helped people over the years with a specific “difficult” levels on nline coop and they completed the rest solo and still got it. As long as waypoint shows each level legendary, it should work just fine
They should still register, because Helioskrill is unlocked when you get a certain achievement for MCC. I believe it’s called “Master” but I may be misremembering.

In order to get the achievement, the MCC records on Legendary completion need to reach Xbox Live. One way to do this is to replay the missions while connected to Xbox Live, but another way is to go to the mission select for every campaign, and scroll through the missions. That way, Xbox Live can “see” that you completed everything on Legendary, and you’ll get the achievement.
I know this because I didn’t get the armor right after I completed MCC on Legendary, and I was confused. So, I started scrolling through the mission select to make sure that I didn’t skip a mission on accident. Then, suddenly, I got the achievement and the armor. It’s worth a shot, for sure.

I also heard that some missions wouldn’t register because of the “Active Profile Signed Out” bug. That was what I aimed to remedy with my reply.
