To get this set in halo 5 you have to beat the other 4 of the master chief collection on legendary. But does it have to be solo or can you do co op or mix and match?
You can get it from req packs now I’m not sure if you can still get it from legendary MCC
You can do it solo. Not sure if you can still use bandana and scarab for it. I did and i was super easy

Nope. Playing 0x skulls no longer counts anymore.
I don’t exactly know if you can still unlock Helioskrill set on legendary in all 4 campaigns in MCC.
I unlocked the helmet a day before I completed all 4 campaigns in MCC on legendary.
back when i got it i did them all on heroic
You pretty much have to get the legend achievement in MCC and beat all campaigns on legendary, not using any “cheat” skulls. Some have said you can mix it up between single player and co op but MCC can be a bit buggy (well used to be) and it’s best not to mix it up IMO. Also don’t skip any cut scenes as that can cause a level not to register as complete. Of course while it is cool to earn it 343 in their “wisdom” put it in the req pool so you will eventually get it in a gold pack.

I imagine you still can. 2 weeks ago I got bored and looked up how to get MP and CQB on Reach and got both of them, so if I can still get those then I’m more than positive you can still get Helioskrill.

Actually you can, but I’m not going to explain my strategy.

It sucks that they changed the skull thing. Cheat skulls were the only reason i got it lol
You can get it via reqs
But you can do it co op
you can mix and match
