I recently received the “Legend” achievement in Halo MCC and this is supposed to give the user the “Helioskrill” armor and helmet but when i came onto Halo 5, it wasnt in my collection. You can check my profile and everything. Every campaign in any Halo has been completed on Legendary and so i should have this armor set.

Weird, it looks like you have the legend achievement, but looking at the individual games, it shows on waypoint you completed on normal level. If you look at my record for example, it will show all completed on Legendary. Try this:
Load MCC, and go into the menus, maybe one of the lobbies. Remove MCC and put H5 in. Start H5, go into customization (NOT req menu, customization) It should be there.
