I know I just posted something below but I had another question regarding Helioskrill armor. I know you can unlock it by doing MCC legendary campaign but I was curious because they added ODST and reach if I am required to do those legendary campaigns as well to obtain the helmet/armor set. Halo: Reach and Halo 3: ODST are not required, mate. Just the original four games are required.

Hmm! I don’t actually have Helioskrill in Halo 5 yet even with the amount of gold packs I’ve opened. This could be an opportunity for me to earn this armour through the difficult challenge of completing these games on Legendary difficulty, having the armour feel that much more special as a result! Although I shudder at the prospect of playing Halo 2 on legendary…

It’s not too bad. I used the Scarab skull for a few of the missions. It was only up until Gravemind and onwards when I struggled.

you don’t need to do ODST or Reach, you can also just try your luck with gold packs

You can also unlock the original base helioskrill not the warbound or bloodgorger just the original helioskrill armour and helmet by opening gold packs or special req packs for example. memories of reach, greatest hits pack or any non warzone related req pack.
I was thinking through this whole legendary campaign thing again and I have another question. Could you use the Acrophobia skull to complete the Halo 3 legendary missions or would it not count?
I also have a question. I’ve just completed Halo CE on legendary and doing Halo 3 now, but…do I have to complete the games through the Legendary Campaign playlist or can I do it normally, for example, through ‘quickstart’?

I have not used it, so I don’t really know, but I believe that since it is a 0.00x multiplier, using the Acrophobia skull disables scoring, time and possibly achievements.
