Helioskrill not unlocking

Hi,

I have unlocked all the MCC achievements for the Helioskrill armor and helmet.
It’s more than a month ago and the armor is still not unlocked in H5.
What to do? Any ideas? Or can someone at 343 unlock this for me?

There have been a few threads on this issue i believe someone else had success using the following;

Load MCC, go into one of the menus and customize an emblem or something. Go back to Halo 5 and check your customization menu for the armor.

Helioskrill is in the req pool now.
You can unlock thru req packs.
