Pretty sure everyone has had an issue like this but anyway, i have completed all Halo missions solo on legendary and gotten the achievements for it and checked the waypoint for any missions i missed and it all checks out…
These bugs are really bad sometimes, sometimes i’d be playing Elder scrolls and a random MCC achievement would pop up which i earned like, a week ago.
