Items appear in the quick customize menu, but not in the new requisitions tab that shows all available items. In a reddit thread other users said that their unlocked gear appears in both, some say it shows up in the first customization, but not the new item list. I dont think it’s a big deal as long as i can get the gear i unlocked in game.

This is a issue many people have encountered.
I wouldn’t worry. You do have the items in Game. Just annoying till the bug is fixed.
