So I beat every campaign mission on legendary and got the legend achievement but I wasn’t rewarded with the helioskrill Armour and helmet. Did this happen to anyone? how did you fix it? or how can I ask 343 to reward me with the Armour? and fix my problem thank you. 
I have the Armour now it just took some time and I got it
They are server side achievements so there isn’t much you can do but wait and hope the server registers that you got that particular achievement. I really dislike these server side achievements. Made me go from avid achievement hunter to who cares about achievements because of having to re-do so many achievements to get them to pop.

Now I will go ahead and say I vaguely remember that if you go into MCC and change a cosmetic like armor or emblem or something like that and save it or then go into H5 it will be there. Now I can’t excatly remember if this was for helioskrill and if it was if it even works(doesn’t sound like it works to me) but I guess you could give it a try.
I had this problem a few years ago.
I only had to wait a few days then i got it.
So maybe you just have to wait a while
My guess is that Xbox recorded it as done but not halo 5. Best guess do it again, faster, better, and more godlike
Yeah, it’s a glitch. If you somehow don’t recieve it you can find it in req packs very easily.

Where you connected to xboxlive for each of the levels you completed? If not then that could be why some of the levels did not register properly.
