It’s 2020 y’all, this bug should’ve been fixed.
I completed all the campaigns MONTHS ago, but the achievements didn’t register until this past Sunday for some reason when I re-opened the old campaigns on MCC.
Alright, cool, whatever. Helioskrill armor doesn’t show up. Awesome.
Tried all the suggestions, including hard restart, loading up both games and messing around in them for a bit, etc. Nothing.
I just want this armor.

If you’ve tried all the solutions, I don’t know what else to tell you other than just play the game and get on your silver -> gold grind.
It’s in the req pool now, so you’re guaranteed to get it eventually.
On Second thought, after looking at your Waypoint service record, you might want to consider two things:
Just open req packs and get it
Could be wrong but I think you have to do all missions completed in single player, or all in coop. I don’t think you can mix them.
Like to add an update; about two weeks ago, the armor was randomly added in with my listed sets.
The Helioskrill MCC bug has been like this for as long as people can remember; you can get it through Gold Packs instead. I got all of them back in 2016.
