I have the Legend achievement in MCC (ergo, I have beaten all campaigns on Legendary Difficulty), which as far as I’m aware is the only requirement to get Helioskrill, and it is still locked in Halo 5.
Some say to change it through this site, it’s locked here too.
I unlocked the achievement on Halo 5’s release day (I refused to touch it until I got this achievement), but I know that can’t be the reason: I got “Cairo Station” a few hours previously and the armor for that has been unlocked just fine.
I’ve made posts on the forums previously, asking for help, but no one is answering.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem
I have done it all on legandry and dident even get the achievement
