I unlocked the Legend achievement 1 week ago and still haven’t received my Helioskrill armour. My gamertag is DelsinRowe7274 and you can see I have it unlocked. I have tried many things but none have worked i have no idea what to do now.
Same exact issue dude, I unlocked it yesterday after beating Halo 2 Anniversary and so far the armor has yet to show up in my collections. I even have screenshots of obtaining the legend achievement.

I posted about this both on Reddit and the Halo 5: Guardians forums, about m having the same issue! I unlocked my achievement on July 2, 2017, and I’ve tried to figure out what works, but so far, I’ve found nothing.
Edit: The issue has been resolved. Thanks to everyone who pitched in to help out a fellow Spartan!

Alright so I unlocked the achievement at a friend’s house on their xbox, so I opened my MCC at home and the data synced giving me the Helioskrill and some platinum legend calling card for MCC.

Nice still trying everything to get mine but at this point i’m more disappointed than mad.
ive unlocked the achievement over 2 months ago and still have no helioskrull. really mad i wasted all this time for nothing.

Oh right, I guess I should update my post! I actually seem to have found a way! Thanks for pointing that out

If you’re still trying to get Helioskrill, try this:
open MCC
Change your armor (both before and after the match because I don’t remember when you’re suppose to do it)
Go into Halo 5
Check your armor.
If it’s not there, change your armor both before and after you play a match.
Wait 24 hours.
Try this. It has worked for everyone I’ve toldd to do it.
- On Halo MCC start a mission on Legendary - Go to Halo 5 and see if it unlockedHope this helps!

I was having the same problem too and I tried out what you said and it worked. Thanks 
Been having the same difficulty with Helioskrill, tried all the suggestions but so far zero luck on it
