After reading about this online, I was able to gather information regarding the issue with obtaining the Helioskrill armor in Halo 5; many people got their armor soon after and then there were some that received theirs like three days after. I completed all respected levels in the MCC on legendary (even went to check back to see if there were any outstanding missions) and I received no armor. It has been a couple of days since then and I am quite frustrated as to why I never got my armor. Even though this is old news, I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me out. Thanks.
P.S. I did receive the achievement “Legend”
Check the customization option in H5. The armor will show up there before it unlocks in your req inventory.
If it is not there, load mcc, and go into any one of the customization menus, and customize something, like an emblem. Remove mcc, load H5, and it should be in your customization option
Is your region/language set to English? Have you tried loading up MCC, checking your achievements in that game, then going back to Halo 5? Have you verified that you got credit for all levels on Legendary via Waypoint? Did you get the other armors that are rewarded for playing MCC (Mark VI Gen 1, Mark VI Gen 1 Scarred)?
