Helioskrill armor missing

Any get theirs from the legend achievement? I have the other 3mcc armory but that one hasn’t appeared.

Yeah I got the achievement for doing all the campaigns on legendary and done Halo 4 solo legendary. Logged on yesterday and it was just sat there in the armour customisation.

I got the mark VI [Gen 1] normal and scarred, but not Helioskrill. It’s showing as locked when I view my collection.

You unlock Helioskrill from the Legend acheivement on The Master Chief Collection.
Legend Acheivement Requirements

  • Halo Combat Evolved completed on Legendary (Solo or Co-Op)
  • Halo 2 completed on Legendary (Solo or Co-Op)
  • Halo 3 completed on Legendary (Solo or Co-Op)
  • Halo 4 completed on Legendary (Solo or Co-Op)

The Halo 4 Lone Wolf Acheivment is NOT required

If you still do not have the armour check your Master Chief Collection service record on this site, it will show any campaign missions you might of missed of might or not been registered.

Thanks, I just checked my profile.All campaigns missions are registered as completed in legendary. The unlocking is bugged

I got mine and equip it on halo waypoint the day before release so i was already wearing it when i logged in

The armor nor helmet is showing up on waypoint for me.

It’s not showing up for me in-game or on waypoint.

I checked my service record. No missions missing whatsoever. What the hell?

4? Mark VI, the scarred version, helioskrill and… nightfall? I wouldn’t count that as a 4th if that’s what you’re thinking of. People who didn’t get MCC can still get the nightfall armor. Btw I did get helioskrill, it should be there if you got the achievement. Not sure if you had to have unlocked it by a certain date. The only reason I can think of that some would be confused as to why they didn’t get it is they didn’t get the completion recorded in some halo 2 missions for using cheat skulls.

Exact same thing has happened to me. I have the legend achievement but no helioskrill armor… :frowning:

I had talked to support about this, They said there are others with this issue and are looking into it.

Has anyones armor popped up yet that were having trouble with it showing up?

Yup I got Helljumper, Both Marjk VI’s and Helioskrill. Message 343.

Microsoft is still working with 343 after talking with chat support again. Which method did you use to contact 343 Parker?

I have posted on the same issue! Can you keep me updated on your steps to overcoming this issue? Is support being helpful at all?

I was having the same problem! My Helioskrill doesn’t show up in my collection! However, with a closer look into my customization inventory, I found my Armor! Take a look and scroll through your customization items. Hope this helps.
