Helioskrill armor/helmet Req issue??

Is anyone else having issues unlocking the req for the Helioskrill armor from MCC? I have all of my waypoint levels beat on legendary and even unlocked the achievements etc.
I am having issues unlocking the cards or whatnot in order to get this req.

Any help on this issue?? Thanks!!

Never mind I got it. It wasn’t actually in a req, I went to armor and there it was.

How long did you wait to receive the armor?
