health/shield bars need a buff. seriously

it may sound like a personal problem, but hear me out.

the size of the bars representing a unit and structures hitpoints and shield points dont look as proportionate as they should, compared to the bar of said unit or structure on the bottom left when selected, making the bars somewhat misleading. This needs to be adjusted at some point.

This is mechanic used to show the health of units according to effectiveness and a smaller bar does not actually mean that a unit has less health. I too been misled by this but I understand the reason for it but it is certainly confusing if you are not aware. Marines have 4 point bar at beginning but they also have 4 units. If a bar disappears, they have one less Marine and actually deal less damage.

this practise isnt fully expressed for all units though. we can take the same approach for an inf level 3 marine with combat tech for example. six hp bars total, but they can be injured and lose two bars, yet its still a five man squad.

I do agree it is a malpracticed mechanic that should still receive some closer attention but it is only a cosmetic issue that can be fixed during more convenient season when some leaders are just better than others.
