Ok so I just bought this used set of 500x stealth turtle beaches on Amazon, and as u was setting it up, I noticed that the power/pairing light on the transmitter was not on, so I couldn’t pair it, also when I tried to update it, the app did not recognize the transmitter. Please help! Also the preset light is on when plugged in but nothing else. I’ve looked around on the Internet a lot and I have not found anything to help me
