Headmaster achievement (LASO Campaign)

I have a question regarding the LASO campaign, which skulls do I need to activate to obtain the “Headmaster” achievement?

The doubt comes from that the campaign has 12 activatable skulls, two of them “Bandana” and “Famine”
What is the point of Famine skull if Bandana gives you infinite ammunition?
Or does the bandana skull disable achievements?

All skulls disable achievements with exception to Headmaster - but you need all 12 activated.

This isn’t true. I currently have IWHBYD, Boom, and Cowbell on, and I’m unlocking achievements.

Ah, I read on some skulls that they disable achievements, I guess some are exceptions
