Headlong's interactive objects

I don’t know about you, but I hope the new Headlong’s interactive objects like the road section and bar hanging from the cranes are designed to behave just like they were in the original. I know with maps like Midship, the central platform was no longer interactive in Heretic.

I can’t really think of any interactive objects in Reach’s maps besides breakable glass. No window shutters, no swinging lights, no giant windmills, no rotating pillars, no opening gates, no conveyor belts, no opening doors, no fast trains, no skinny ramps that can be knocked down, no giant swinging doors, no falling stalagmites, no extending platforms, nor fleshy doors.

And now that I just went through that list, wow, I realize how depressingly un-interactive Reach’s maps are compared to past Halo games.

I really hope they stick as close to the original as possible because some of the past remakes have been completely awful. As far as I’ve seen they look pretty close to the original, not counting the additions of course.

Side note, as you can see in the video, where are the palm trees on the edge??? Sorry, but I love those palm trees.

They’re there, they have just been magically transformed into light posts by the Machinist Fairy.

Oh no! I wasn’t even looking over there. Now I’m sad.

I know… :frowning:

Sad face also, because I looked on the big road section hanging from the crane… and it looks totally different, probably immobile, and with some crate on it.

And there was a man cannon and not a teleporter. ?!?!?!?!?! I’m going to assume that’s the “new” version of the map.
