I know that I’m violating Forum rules by doing this, and I am sorry 343i, but I came across this video. But in my defense, I think it’s fair to say that EVERYONE in the Halo: Reach community has been waiting for this map to meet the current generation. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you for your viewing pleasure, 343 Industries’s current generation remake of Halo 2’s legendary map, Headlong. I’m really excited about this map, and I’m sure you will be too! 343i did a beautiful job with this map! Headlong Reach Gameplay.

Looks epic, like boneyard/boardwalk (two awesome looking maps) and no terminal? 
So is this the last map? And I think that makes it 2 BTB maps, but with 7 new maps I had hoped for at least 3 BTB maps, but this looks awesome, never played Halo 2 MP so this is totally new to me.
Wait can you play BTB on Hang em high?
I absolutely cherish Headlong, to me it is my favorite H2 BTB map. However I was kinda bummed to find out that it wasn’t another smaller map. Although, this is probably better in the bigger picture.
Even though it probably couldn’t work with Reach, Turf would’ve been sick! Well, thankfully it wasn’t Gemini or Relic.

Boneyard and Boardwalk are horrible maps if you ask me. Boneyard being more tolerable, but it’s mostly empty space. If you can put up with those maps you’re going to LOVE Headlong.
I don’t know if you’ve played it before, but it is absolutely insane for CTF. Wonderfully large bases that you can actually have a sense of fortification.
Also, was the Gauss always in Reach? I very rarely play BTB so I can’t remember.

@ Wetwork Expert Yeah, it has always been in Reach. I don’t think it’s in BTB though, seeing as it’s so overpowered.
