Headhunter* Fireteam is a new squad beginning our deployment into the virtual battlefield & will be having tryouts this Mon10- Fri14,(may be extended)
The Headhunters are a covert group of SPARTANS special operations squads. Only SPARTANS who display the best scores in two or more specially assigned training missions will be evaluated for induction into the Headhunters. Once an overall list of potential candidates is compiled, each soldier’s personal files and mission reports will be analyzed against a set series of parameters calculated by the top Office of Naval Intelligence specialists.
Once selected, candidates will be enrolled in a special training course, including basic tactics as of communication, teamwork, offense & defense, squads & formations, combat styles, running & gunning, sacrifice & distractions, camping, sniping, & close quarters combat. After which the soldiers will be broken into four two-person teams. These teams will be chosen through a series of detailed evaluations and an intense interview process meant to devise the best possible pairings between members of the group.
