In REACH when you killed someone with a headshot while they were sprinting, you got a headcase (correct me if I’m wrong). You got a headcase, with no announcement and just a medal.

I only saw him say it one time but the rest of the time i didn’t hear it. That, and that’s lame. I think Halo ODST had the perfect amount of medals/announcements. We need to keep it somewhat simple, don’t over do it. Halo 4 is weak in certain areas that you’d least expect (weapon sounds) and over bearing in other areas where it’s obvious you don’t wanna put too much emphasis on (Medals/announcement)
