Wouldn’t play it since when I did back in H2 it tended to be hide and seek more than anything, but wouldn’t mind it for others. A 1v1 wouldn’t really dilute the other playlists as far as I can tell.

Same. I don’t even like team doubles. Never have. I can tolerate Breakout. I prefer modes like BTB and Warzone with vehicles and pure chaos.
I think it should be there just cause it wouldn’t need much popularity or population to flourish. Imagine 1v1 slayer 10-15 kills to win. Or 1v1 one hill KOTH where you’re holding a spot against one other player.
