I’ve been looking into this for a while, but I’ve never actually been able to find an answer. There’s a whole bunch of HCS skins, some of which I don’t have, Like Team Envyus and Optic Gaming. Then there’s the Alliegence skins, or I believe that’s how it’s spelled, are these dis-continued items? They can’t be bought in the Xbox Store, and I can’t find them in game either. I need these to finish out my weapon skin collection, can maybe a 343 Employee or Monitor tell me where I can find these? I’m kind of a completetionist, want to have all the skins, as I have all the weapons, vehicles, armor mods, armors, visors, stances, assassinations, helmets, armor abilities, etc.
You can check out the Microsoft store for the Team Envyus skins. The HCS Contender skins are only available in the HCS packs when available (you’ll have to buy 3-4 to get them all). As for Optic Gaming and Allegiance, they’re impossible to obtain now.

With unattainable reqs, i believe it doesnt count towards your total completion. I could be wrong tho.

I know I’m excited for these Targetmaster skins, I was thinking about not playing anymore after I get Achilles, but I’ll keep playing for these magnum skins.
OG, NV, ALG and CLG skins aren’t available anymore since their orgs aren’t in Halo. You should get the others while you can since EG, Luminosity and Liquid aren’t in Halo either, but you can still buy them.

I got EG, Luminosity, Liquid, Splyce, and one more I believe.
