For me I got informed of Halo Waypoint account link being bugged later into the streams so I had already claimed the armour and weapon coatings but I didn’t claim victory shout pose yet. Before doing that I checked Waypoint linked accounts and noticed it said “…” so I tried re-linking and after a few times it said my twitch name. Then I went and redeemed the victory shout pose and checked in Infinite and I had it immediately. Still haven’t got the first two drops even though it always said redeemed and account is connected for all of them twitch said it’s connected to 343i when you check the connections. This is 100% an issue on Halo Waypoint end of things.
My Gamertag is listed there. They should just give out the Codes to all

Agreed Hopefully they’ll listen to all the complaints but since it’s the holidays I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt for a bit longer.

Awww maaan I didn’t know this. Have they said anything abou fixing this somehow so we are able to claim them after the fact? That’s a real bummer. Kinda wack to have to just create a new account. I mean alot of us have had twitch accounts for years.
I submitted a ticket. Lets just hope this gets resolved.

I’ve contacted support and haven’t had any answer to any thing in my tickets. I provided screenshots and all details as well.
Got the Victory Pose stance, but not the armor or weapon coatings.
During the stream, no one answered the community on the situation. Twitch support said we need to contact the developers. The Halo Twitter comments are filled with users complaining. It’s seems to have affected most viewers.
Any official word or statements that they are aware and are working on it would be nice too, but so far it’s been silence. A little transparency on the issue would be nice for the community so to at least let us know that we have been heard.
Or easy solution, find all users who watched the stream, and just unlock all the loot drop rewards, regardless if they missed a day or two. Do something to make up for the issue. I have the stance, but missing the weapon and armor coatings even tho I unlocked them, and I wouldn’t care if they all unlocked for everyone as long as they are able to track who watched the stream at any moment, properly this time around.

Aw damn I thought my Twitch was linked so I’ve made the same mistake. Does this then mean that I cannot unlock these now?

It’s almost like their job is to avoid giving actual customer support. (Btw, last time I had issues like this was with PUBG. You don’t want to be on the customer service level of PUBG. No bueno.)

I know they are just some silly skins, but it’s sort of just the principle of it at this point for me. I didn’t even know about the drops ahead of time, I was simply watching because I love Halo and wanted to see the tournament doing well. Then when I got the notification from Twitch, I was pretty psyched. Just feels like a let down, you know?

Yep because redeeming codes was too hard for poor old 343… How many more things must they break before we collectively realize that they don’t freakin care? Microsoft’s greed is ultimately to blame for 90% of these poor, anti-player choices, but 343 are effectively the executioners. From painfully slow progression, $20 COLOR bundles, XP boosts that remain active when the game kicks you for an update you didn’t expect, to this… I’ve about had it… lucky for Microsoft, in the digital age, we can’t just bury all copies of this trash heap in the desert where it belongs and restart the dang thing from scratch… We’re stuck here for 10 years bucko’s, get used to the greed. It’s not scrubbing away any time soon.
I submitted a ticket over a year ago about an achievement bug in MCC, and with every major update, they notify me that they HAVEN’T addressed my issue… I think they know so many things are broken but Microsoft won’t hire a full dedicated dev team for any of this just temp team after temp team… that’s why Infinite took 6 years. There’s not 6 years worth of work here… At all… lol

Restarting the Game and Un-Linked and Re-Linked Twitch Account and still nothing.

I am having the same problem, everything is connected and the there is a checkmark on the twitch drop saying it has been redeemed. It is not showing up in the customization page on halo infinite. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
