HCS Twitch drops not showing

I’ve submitted a ticket and I’m waiting for a reply back. It seems like a lot of people are having this issue, so I’m sure we’ll at least get a response from 343. I’ve already contacted Twitch and they told me they are not responsible for the delivery of the drop items and that I’ll have to contact 343 to get this resolved.

I linked this thread in my support ticket and mentioned that there’s clearly a lot of people having this issue. I’ll post another update as soon as I hear something.

same here. went out of my way to get the drops and still nothing in game. Sucks.

It would messed up if we don’t get it bc they are exclusive items.

I would hope that they fix it somehow, it’s no one’s fault that they didn’t receive it. I had no idea of this bug while the tournament was actually going on. It seems the only work around was to make a second twtich account, but it’s too late for that. So annoying.

i really want this side kick skin, twitch drops says i have it claimed and unlocked…
halo waypoint shows my twitch account but no mention of said drop anywhere and in game its locked as expected…

tried contacting support but got a email saying support cannot grant items to accounts and also told me to contact steam
(i believe it was an automated copy past reply)
however, not all is lost… i have faith still thanks to this phrase in the email "or a successfully purchased item not appearing in-game), please respond to this automated message so our agents can review your ticket. "

I’m so glad I found all your threads two days after the whole event so all the drops I got are complete gone and waypoint still won’t register my actual twitch account, lovely great job 343 and twitch

I’m in the same boat my friend. I just hope they will do something about this I’ve been bugging support about it, all we can do really. Link them this thread to show people are having issues.

I want the sidekick skin too! I was so excited to finally have one because there is no skins for the sidekick right now besides the one that in the store a little bit ago. I’m holding out hope that 343 will do something a lot of people are having issues I was seeing so many people on the streams saying they’d been watching for hours and not got any drops.

I hope they fix it but honestly the responses I’ve been getting from support are not giving me much hope.

Just adding to the list of people in hopes it will get their attention. Same thing, accounts linked, armor, weapon, and pose drops claimed. Doesn’t show up in waypoint or game.
Being patient but the lack of responses are making me nervous. Would have been a perfect halo weekend if it wasn’t for this. Hope they can help us.

Victim of this as well. Please fix, linked accounts, proceeded to watch hours of content I didn’t want to watch, hit the claim button, didn’t get reward. Bug in system please file on your Git backlog and get it done.

Same issue here.

I’ve used twitch to get drops in New World without any issues.

RIP to our drops, I guess. :[ 343 please fix this.

Which site did you refresh the redeem history page on??

Same, it all worked for me but I had someone want me to walk them through it and I made sure he did everything correct but didn’t know he had the three dots bs on waypoint and now his twitch shows claimed for all three and now his waypoint shows the correct twitch name but the items do not show in his waypoint history nor did he get any of them in his game. Totally crappy and needs to be fixed for people or they will absolutely not forget that this happened and they got jipped.

That sucks :frowning: I really hate that this happened because the people who are most likely to have not noticed something went wrong with their account link are the ones who were most invested in watching the streams. That’s the only reason I didn’t know about this soon enough to do something about it I didn’t immediately go in and check Infinite to see if the drops were going through I just wanted to enjoy the event… oh well it sucks but I’ll make sure my account is linked perfectly before claiming any more drops lesson learned.

Yeah ok I did that. Had to start a new twitch account. They show as redeemed on that one account, not on my main. Both twitch’s are saying I should have received them. There is a record here look at the screenshot I just sent you. Ok so now you don’t understand what you are looking at. Well can you just drop the drops in my redeemed like force them? Hello?

I mean I got my drops but I was just trying to help other people.

Happened to me too. Never had any issues claiming twitch drops ever until now. While I can live without the stuff, I must say it does put me off participating in any further twitch promotions.

I saw so many people in twitch chat asking if anyone got the drops yet wondering if they were delayed constantly for the entire stream I bet so many people are being frustrated by this right now and 343 is gonna do nothing probably. I’ll give some benefit of the doubt since it’s the holidays but it seems like this should be really easy to fix. Like you can easily tell if someone should have the coatings if they can prove to you that they have the requirements completed on twitch, the drops claimed and account connected what’s the issue why can’t they fulfill the drops? It’s weird

So, I watched HCS in Order to get Weapon Skins and the Pose. My Accounts are linked and under Drops in Twich it shows redeemed and “Accounts are connected”. Under my Halo Waypoint Redeem History nothing of the Redeemed Items is showing up. So what can I do to get these Items? I already did a ReLink of the Accounts .

On Halo Waypoint go to settings>linked accounts and check your twitch account link. If it says your twitch name it should have worked fine but if it said “…” it means that something happened and it’s not linked to twitch even though on twitch it says it is linked to 343i it’s actually not and the drops don’t get redeemed. A lot of people had this issue and so far support has responded with we’ll look at it pretty much. Submit a ticket if you haven’t already they might pay more attention to this if more people do.
