When I went to get the victory pose today it took forever to see the progress bar, and then finally I had it show up. Once it was 100%, I went to claim it and it didn’t show up in my history of redeemed codes. I couldn’t keep pressing claim cause it was already claimed. Very frustrating. This was all on my phone.
This happened for the weapons and armor too the other day.
I go into app settings and force close the browser I use (chrome) and clear the cache. Make sure you know all your passwords before doing this cause it should log you out of everything. I powered off my phone (not restart) and then booted it back up. Went on to waypoint and logged in. Then went to twitch and went to connect to game. Suddenly after it showed up in my redeemed code history right after doing all that. Hopefully it works for someone else.
You could also log out of twitch as well and force close, clear cache if you feel like you need to. The other option people did was make another account to claim stuff i think. If you’re stuff with claimed items you can’t actually get, try this.
Watching HCS this weekend was a blast! I unlocked all of the Twitch drops. I have all my accounts linked to waypoint including my twitch and steam account. In game I have the HCS Launch skin for the armor core and the Victory Pose but I do not have the HCS Launch weapon skins. Is there anyway to fix this? Do I have to wait? I tried unlinking and relinking all accounts as well and that didn’t do anything.
I’m having the same issue. I was able to receive the pose, but have yet to receive the armor or weapon skins. The pose shows up in my “redeemed codes”, but the others do not. All “claimed” in the Twitch Drops inventory.

We have a few steps that you can try to make the items appear. Please do the following on your web browser:
Confirm that the reward is listed in your Twitch Drops inventory:
Confirm that the reward is listed as Claimed and that hovering your mouse over the check shows “Game account connected”
Go to your Waypoint redemption history and verify the items are listed:
Items should be listed as “HCS Launch Armor Coatings” and/or “HCS Launch Weapon Coatings”
If not listed on the Waypoint history, your account was not connected correctly. You can try reconnecting via Halo Waypoint account settings:

I first claimed my weapon hcs launch skins before linking my twitch account to waypoint, then linked the account. But then I watched for the armor shader, and I did get the armor shader.
It clearly appears that if you claimed a drop before linking the account to halo waypoint, you don’t get the drop. I dunno how to fix this, I tried a relink and it didn’t work.
I’m gonna disconnect and reconnect 343 industries from twitch and see if that fixes it.
update: It didn’t fix it, I am assuming as soon as it is claimed, it generates a code and then redeems it at that moment, they need to fix it sooner or later honestly, but I wish they would be more vocal about it.
another update: I’ve seen on a video’s comment section, in 2 days twitch could automatically resubmit the request for a code, I hope this is the case, but I’m not even sure if this is gonna properly function. I claimed it 2 days ago according to twitch, around the same time as the armor coating, so I’m not sure if it even works.
Ok so they are now officially giving steps out to people that had problem redeeming. I have three tickets open no one told me they were even investigating. This was halo support?
I actually had it stall on me. I set up my alt to watch another hour and the pose showed up in my game. It was the last thing I checked so I got to sit back and watch hcs.
This was my 2nd reply in the Halo support emails I had gotten since opening the ticket. The first one was a very general “we don’t provide support for purchases” response, and had to reply that this was deeper than that.
I haven’t gotten a response back from when I let them know their steps didn’t work, so fingers crossed I get another response soon (will post here).
Got the same response. I tried troubleshooting it myself by unlinking and linking my accounts a few different times but I could never get it it to appear in my redeemed codes on waypoint. Praying for a fix. I want my armor skins so BAD. What’s even weirder is I was able to claim the victory shout but not the armor or weapon coating.
Where/how should us affected by the issues with drops submit our support tickets? I looked a little into it and I think if we get a lot of people to submit support tickets they might actually do something about all our drops disappearing into the void. I just don’t know how I should file one.
I was able to see the stance in my armory but no weapon or armor coating which is strange since I had to technically unlock the others prior to the stance. I have disconnected and reconnected my accounts multiple times with no luck.
Apparently, I also had the issue with my Waypoint account not linking to Twitch properly (had the “…” in the name field under the Twitch account when I checked.)
I read how to link the accounts before I did anything (because I REALLY wanted these drops) and linked everything according to the instructions, then after I got the drops I immediately claimed them because I was excited, but had nothing in-game. I waited because it said they may take some time to be distributed. I had no idea there was a known issue with these or I would have created the second account (which I think is ridiculous to be honest) just to get the drops.
Now I have already claimed the drops (I got all 3: weapon coating, player coating, and stance) and have just realized the linked Twitch account section was bugged (had “…” as my Twitch name in Waypoint settings page) and I’m feeling slighted. I did what I was supposed to do, and watched all the streams, collected the drops and now I have none of them. I tried unlinking and re-linking my accounts several times with no luck. I do not see the redemptions on my Waypoint “Redeem” page either.
I really hope 343 decides to fix this on their end because otherwise this seems a bit like a “F— you” if I’m honest.
