Same problem here, I had no issues whatsoever with the gun coatings and armor coatings on the 17th, I did everything the same today for the pose and it’s not showing in game… It does say it’s claimed and shows in my history. Have pictures for proof waiting to see if it gets resolved before e-mailing them.
EDIT: 20 minutes later and after restarting the game multiple times my pose is finally here.

I claimed the drops before linking my account and now they are just lost in the void and not showing up. Would be awesome if they could fix this
You’ll have to create a new Twitch account and link it correctly to resolve that.
The stance is successfully done on my main account and redeem is showing on HW…and I’ve just checked and it’s also now showing on my secondary on HW too so please be aware that it could take a few up to an hour to update and show on HW (my main account was literally less than a minute though tbf).
If it makes you feel any better, I linked my account before even getting the drops and redeeming them. Still not in my account. Thank you as always 343 for a working product.
Dude I cant get the only skins I wanted because the didn’t redeem on way point but did on twitch i’m gonna be pissed, i legit got the others fine but the armor ones didn’t work
yeah just errors in the browser and wont go through
So i have to create another account and watch de 1 hour per item again?
Ive tried everything to get the drops to show up in game, even made another twitch account but still nothing is there anyway i could contact support to tell them about this?
Luckily, I was able to get the Victory Shout pose.
If it hasn’t worked for you then check the other threads and my posts detailing what you need to do. Basically your Twitch and HW accounts need to be linked correctly and display the Twitch account name in HW rather than just “…” (3 dots). Remove all link associations in both platforms and do again. If you claimed without the accounts being linked correctly then they won’t ever be redeemed in HW so you’re best solution is create another Twitch account and link it.
So my shi lost to the void bec their is no time left and I can’t get the ones I already redeemed ok then uninstalled

I linked my accounts. Verified the link on Twitch. Watched the things. Claimed the drops…aaaand…nothing
Yeah, I only got my weapon coating and pose but not my armor coating. And yes they are all claimed on twitch.
it showed my username for my twitch account and still didn’t give me the drops, tried the other twitch account and it kept giving me the ‘’…’’ so idk what else to so?
For anyone experiencing this please go to YouTube, find a content creator called L3G3ND6 (threes for Es and a six) he posted a video a day or two ago that I think walks you through this and walks through known problems.
Sorry if this has been mentioned above but I’m not looking through because there’s lots 
I’m going to try again but I’m sad if I missed the armor skins, if there’s anything support can do for this please send any info
