same here. my name was correct and I didn’t get the drop, so then I contacted support and followed the troubleshooting guide they provided and now my name is “…” and won’t change. I’ve been waiting for another shot at Victory Shout pose for over 5 months… finally it pops up, I watch it, claim it, and nothing in-game… such a disappointment.

Apparently, this B.S. is still happening. I have everything connected and verified and still, nothing has come through. Nothing for the events two weeks ago nor the events for this last week.
I put in a ticket to customer service and they told me they have no clue what they are doing and cannot help me.
Is anyone else having this issue with the Twitch Championship from 8/6-8/8 2022?

Im having a problem receiving the Primal Glory coating. I got the charm and nameplate two days prior but the coating is not showing up on the redemption page.
I submitted a ticket along with screenshots showing everything was correctly linked and the drop was claimed. They emailed me back saying they are forwarding the info to the developers.
I hope they fix this because I’ve wanted this coating since season 2 started when the coating was originally called Grassroots.

Never had problems with the drops.
Their comment that they are forwarding it to the developers is essentially them saying, “You are F’d and there is nothing we can do about it. Have a great day!”
I been having the same problem to. I have everything connected correctly and they are still not showing up in the game either
Do you see it in your Waypoint redemption history? Usually appears in there 30 seconds or less after clicking “claim” on the twitch drop in your twitch inventory page once you’ve watched enough time. If you don’t click claim in here before the twitch drop campaign ends you lose it.
The “Primal Glory” is labelled just as “Armor Coating”.
Note that the Waypoint redeem history pages are sorted weirdly by month number and not in actual chronological order.
They’re actually following up with me. A couple times they asked me to check the inventory again, I’m guessing they’re trying to do some thing from their end.
