Yes absolutely. why do people even play games then. if everything is going to disappear. Its the memories, fun times and those feels that makes it worth it. At this point ur making dumb stuff one after another.

The similarities are striking, so much so that most won’t be able to tell if you’ve got the 152 or the twitch drop in the little fashion shows. Sad to see it.

Unprovoked name calling: a completely rational adult-like approach to making your statement and characterization meaningful.
Granted the pistol does look nearly identical from a first person perspective, but still has the blue even in first person, I haven’t seen the other skins in first person yet, but the variances in color location do indicate that the views look different on the AR and BR more significantly.
Considering that the Twitch drop isn’t the Watchdog skin obtained through reaching SR 152, I’d say pretty fair.
If Twitch was dropping the Watchdog weapon skins you’d have a reasonable and understandable point of contention.

You did get a unique reward, I don’t see any blue on your Watchdog weapons or Armor Coating unlike the ones being given out on Twitch.
I think this calls into question the limitations of the coating system, but it’s a bit blown out to ignore the obvious differences in color placement if you’re only going to point out the clear similarities.
And for the record I’m fine with the first round of HCS drops and have no interest in this second round, the new ones look rather bland. I prefer the green and gold, but I’m using only one along with the cadre of other free unlocks I already have.

Youre doing a wonderful job of damage control for this game, but this is cut and dry.
There have been posts on twitter, reddit, christianmingle, and waypoint about this now for months. Ignored.

My comment has always been about the Twitch/SR152 weapon skins my guy, look at my replies.
I’ve got plenty of gripes with aspects of this game and it’s development, you’re only seeing what you want to see.
What’s cut and dry about a saying a black/grey/white/red color weapon scheme is the same as a black/blue/white/red weapon color scheme?
There have not been comments about the HCS skins similarities to the Watchdog skins for months. This is only a few days old at most.
I’m not arguing about the Watchdog armor coating, I never have. What was shown off and what was delivered was clearly different and was changed up at some point in development from the initial design.
I know we’ve had our disagreements in the past, but you’re confusingly misinterpreting my statement I promise you that. It’s about the HCS weapon skins, not the Watchdog armor coating.

This reminds me of the old children’s tale about the tortoise and the hare.
Don’t get me wrong. I have gotten burned by pre-order armor, collector ed. armor, and other unlocks being given away being unlocked for everyone after a while (or a very similar piece of armor being available in game for free) ever since Halo Reach. I get it, you mostly want to vent. And you should because this is kind of a doinked thing that happened to you. Just remember, you’ll live.

You have your answer in front of you… STOP grinding for cosmetics in this broken game. Especially when the developer DOES NOT care about you or this series. Do that and encourage everyone you play with to do the same.
