I gifted one pack to the other half and bought one myself. When I opened mine I got all the contents fine but when she opened hers it showed up on the screen but then wasn’t actually in her customization part. Any ideas on how to fix this or do I have to buy another pack ?
Don’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory.
