How do we unlock the HCS pistol skin? Every time I open a gold pack I get req points which I assume mean I have unlocked everything…except this skin.

You can buy skin packs for Halo 5 in the xbox store. They all have the HCS theme.

Lots of money because there are several skins that you’d have to buy.

You’re in luck, you can buy the pack in game, but not sure you will get the HCS skins if you are not 100%, buyer beware.

I take 3 CLG team packs and unlock everything except the HCS Emblem, but I have everything from silver and gold packs unlocked.

As stated, you need to purchase it with real world currency.
