This is going based on how much i see weapon skin packs priced in other games, going by that. $9.99 is way too much For what we get per pack, they should be priced around the $1.99 to $4.99 price range because they are specifically targeted towards the specific team. For someone like me, I would love to have the EG skin pack but I can’t justify paying $10 for that on my income. I realize they support Optic Gaming, Evil Geniuses and Counter-Logic Gaming but I seriously think they are overpriced.
Don’t buy them then. Nobody will care what skin you have anyway, you can barely see them in game. If people keep spending money on these in game items, they’ll keep making them and pricing them high.

That’s why they’re priced how they are, they’re specifically targeted towards a specific team, and some of the proceeds go towards supporting them. Not defending the prices (wouldn’t buy any of them), I’d like for them to be cheaper too, but I see why they did it.

I miss the HCS 2015 pack and now I need to spend more than 30-40 us,only to have armor, helmet and emblem from that package.
It’s wrealy ridiculous if they don’t allow to using REQ points for these packages.

They make a living playing video games I dont feel the need to help support them? I find it outrageous that they are making exclusive content for money only. I dont understand why anyone would be willing to spend 10 dollars for like others said skins…
Also, just a side note, why did Optic Gaming get weapon skins over EnvyUs or Allegience

He’s right though. It is pointless and a total rip-off regardless of how much it costs. There should always be an option for using REQ points.

I absolutely do not mind paying money for weapon skins, but at a reasonable price. This is something done right in Gears of War 3. Around the £2-£3 for a set of skins for each gun. £7.99 (I found out the price in UK) for me, that for me is the equivalent of 4 pints of milk, a loaf of bread, sandwich filler and cereal to last a week.
You dont have to buy them if you dont want to.
And i dont think they are over priced at all …

The quote “less is more” is a great quote for businesses to use, but never think of.
I stopped spending money or rp on these. They have made all of the old “exclusive, limited time” stuff available again. They don’t understand the meaning of those two words. I don’t hate however. You are free to spend your cash or not spend it any way you want.

So the only way to get the HCS skins are to buy the team packs? I bought two team packs and got two HCS skins each. However, I now have 3 HCS skins left. Am I really going to have to buy the other team pack I don’t want to get the stuff I do want? And …am I only going to get 2 of my remaining 3 HCS skins? If so, then that’s BS.
