Hello 343 Guardians!
I am having an issue with the HCS Pack. I have purchased the REQ pack multiple times for $9.99 and it is not recognizing now that I am still missing the HCS Challenger Helmet and HCS Challenger armor. It has provided me with the other HCS weapon skins but is now only returning Rare Arena XP Boosts.
I have restarted the game, my Xbox One S, deleted my game save data and had it sync again and tried purchasing the packs again and I am still only getting the Arena XP Boosts. The last three HCS Purchases have issues nothing but Rare XP Arena Boosts.
Xbox Support has confirmed that the multiple HCS REQ purchases have been made over the past several days. I have images of the REQ pack results if that is helpful. The Xbox Live Support ticket number is SRX1379707108ID
If there is something I need to do differently so that I can purchase and complete these two items, HCS Challenger Helmet and Armor, please let me know.

I don’t believe that those armours are in the HCS packs.
Once you start to get boosts, there are no more cosmetics available.

Thanks for that feedback. I wonder if there is a way to confirm what is in the HCS packs this year. The HCS Challenger Helmet and Armor were part of the very same HCS Packs last year along with the same weapon skins that I picked up last year as well as completing what I needed now.

Thanks Matador! I appreciate that feedback. That is what brought me to the conclusion that there may be an issue. Last year the HCS pack included the weapon skins and armor that I believe are also in the packs this year. When I first bought them all I received were the rare Arena XP boosts, and to your very good point, that meant I had received all of the cosmetics that game thought I needed.
Unless, sadly, the HCS Challenger Helmet and HCS Challenger Armor are not included this year along with the other weapon skins from last year that would be unfortunate.
Outside of the Achilles helmet and armor sets those are the only two I need. Still working towards the fireteam requirements for Achilles but the HCS Challenger Armor and Helmet items were purchasable pieces.

The Challenger Armor was made available through a special REQ pack obtained from watching last year’s HCS finals. It was never purchasable. The purchasable HCS REQ Pack instead granted Athlon Champion armor and/or HCS weapon skins. If you are not receiving the Challenger Armor set from the HCS packs you’ve been buying, that is because the Challenger set isn’t available from them. Looking at the description of the HCS pack in the Xbox Store, it says:
> Available for a limited time the pack includes HCS themed Assault Rifle and Magnum weapon skins, armor and helmet set, and emblem for use in Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer modes
Since it mentions a singular armor set coming from the pack, that set is probably the Athlon Champion set (you should be able to confirm that if you got Athlon Champion from one of your previous purchases). If Athlon Champion is in fact the armor set you got, then that means you already got the armor set available from the pack, and that Challenger was never included.

Thank you for that clarification Chimera30! I appreciate the information and apologies that I didn’t read the description more carefully and made an incorrect assumption. I do have the Athlon armor set.
