HCS REQ pack is a rip off!

I purchased a HCS Req pack that guarantee’s five rare customizations. I got only 3 with the first pack.

I purchased a subsequent HCS Pack that also promises at least 5 rare customizations. I got 0 customizations.

Considering each of these packs are 80,000 req points or the equivalent of 8 gold packs or the equivalent of $10, I feel that I just got totally ripped off.

Microsoft Support tells me they can’t help… SMH.

Another reason in game purchases, req packs, etc need to die an immediate death!

Let’s take a look at your service record… ah. SR 146. 3 days of play time in Arena, 13 days in Warzone. By that point, I would assume that you’d have unlocked most, if not all, of the available REQs.

Now, why don’t we take a look at what the HCS Pack description says:

> Purchase of the HCS Pack will unlock 5 special HCS visual customization items for use in Arena and Warzone! Subsequent purchases unlock 5 rare or better visual customization items if available.

Emphasis on “if available”.

You most likely had almost nothing left to unlock… hence only receiving three customization items.

Another reason why careful reading when purchasing items from games is a must. It’s not the pack it’s the buyer. Sorry dude you will get no sympathy here.

And what would those be? All of the stuff that’s exclusive to limited timed packs, like Challenger armor, Classic helmets, and HCS Team skins?

The HCS pack unlocks ONLY HCS stuff… Hence the HCS pack name… Just saying. It’s pretty straight forward of what the pack unlocks/gives you.

Like what? What are you still missing? Because I doubt it’s the pack’s faults that you didn’t get anything, because you probably already have everything you can get in this pack.

He didn’t realize that the HCS pack only unlocks available HCS stuff… Not everything available in the req pool.
