The skins are honestly super overrated.
Now if HCS wanna drop some sweet vehicle skins I would appreciate it.
I’m having a similar issue, Mine appears as all 3 claimed on Twitch but on Waypoint and in game I only have the pose.
I opened a ticket but they basically said they don’t have a workaround atm and can’t predict when there might be a resolution. But my ticket will remain open and if it gets fixed in an update they’ll let me know.
So I guess I might never get them 
With all the problems people are having with these drops I can’t see 343 doing many more Twitch drops, at least for now. Its just another headache on top of the rest of the games issues atm concerning microtransactions, BP Progression, Ranked ect (I don’t personally have an issue with ALL of these examples but I’ve seen it discussed in the community)
It’ll probably be fixed after the holidays, along with BTB and any other broken things
