I claimed both the weapon skins and armor coatings from the Twitch drops, but only the armor coatings are available to equip. I don’t see the BR, AR, or SK weapon skins anywhere in the customization menu. I have my accounts linked, I’ve watched the main stream for the specified time, and have even claimed the weapons skins, but they’re not showing up. I’ve restarted the game multiple times now to no avail.
Anyone might know what is going on?

Check your Halo Waypoint profile, if your connect twitch account doesn’t show your UN, then it means you will need to unlink your current twitch account, create another, then link that one and do it all over again.
I’m saying this from experience. Didn’t get anything for Day 1, but did get them day 2 with new twitch account.
I got mine to redeem, it shows in history, but I haven’t checked in game yet. Is it supposed to contain all 3 skins? Because in my Twitch loot it lists as a singular skin for the sidekick.
It should be all 3

I’m just going to try going through support to see if they can just give them to me somehow.
Have you checked redeem code history? Its also possible that it may just take a while for them to show up in your inventory.
Edit: I’m saying this because if it gave you the armor coatings, then it should’ve also gave you weapon skins.
there needs to be a way for 343 to reimburse us or give the people having this issue the skins another way. I shouldnt need to make another twitch account when I did everything they said correctly
You could, but my fear is that for whatever reason they wouldn’t be able to, and so instead of having to deal with customer service I’d recommend just circumventing that entirely and just creating another twitch account.
Do you really want to keep doing that for every single event/twitch drop? Just sounds like a lot of work/frustration when we already know of a simple solution.
If you decide to contact customer service show them the account/connection, and the part where it says you claimed it.
Weird, it only shows the armor coatings in my redemptions…
I have heard that it could take a while for them to show up, so maybe just wait a few hours idk 
The problem is I have work soon and dont have time to watch another 2 hours of these streams on 2 different streamers. I already have my drops and will most likely miss tomorrows as well due to this bug and its a headache. Been using twitch for years and never had this issue with a game.
Its not the game itself, probably issue with waypoint not linking properly for some reason.
If you have no other options then contact support, but as I stated I think its a pain. Support my take 2-3 weeks to answer you back, so I just think it could be a frustrating experience for most. Hopefully I’m wrong though and they respond within 24 hours and give you all them skins 
Hopefully those who have this issue are vocal enough about it and 343 gives everyone who watched the items.
Thing is I watched for the weapons skins last night, and watched for the armor coatings this morning. The armor coatings showed up immediately.
I just started a new twitch.tv account, made sure my account linked with name instead of … on HaloWayPoint.com and watched an hour of the stream for the weapons and got the weapon coatings to drop.
It also seems to link quicker if you don’t have an ad blocker as well. Which could be why people were linking their twitch.tv accounts and getting “,” instead of the name. Which is seeming the cause of people not getting skins. You must claim it when there is an actually name present.
I was able to get the Armor Coatings though no problem this morning, but my main twitch.tv account actually linked up properly by then. When I claimed the Weapon Coatings it was listed as “…”. It also didn’t drop after it did properly link to my twitch.tv account, which is why I created the temp twitch.tv account to get those.
Is it possible to reclaim them?
Adblocker was probably what screwed me over first try day 1, so that cannot be ignored here either.
You can make a fresh twitch.tv account, unlock it there and claim it like I did.
Kind of a pain, but it did work at least.
