It is 3. I got three and the third gave me a couple arena boosts along with the remaining gear I needed.

I highly recommend everyone to get them now, as they might not be available again (HCS for H5 is ending this weekend ‘forever’).
Grind out some WZFF to get the RP if you need it.
Thanks guys… I’ve got 2.6 million RP but I was wondering if it was worth the 80.000 for each one to bother with. I’ve got the 2016 Challenger armor set. It was free.
Really dude? You have that many req points and worried about getting a few packs at 80k? Three even four packs won’t put much of a dent in 2.6 million points. If you are a complitionis and want all the cosmetics I would highly recommend getting however many it takes to get them all. This is the last HCS event for awhile so odds are this will be the last time the pack is available for points for a long time.

hahaha… Yeah, I’ve stacked em’ up over the last 3 yrs. I have 250 Arena Leg boosts also. That’ why I was asking. Usually I get these packs and mostly get Arena Legendary Boosts. HCS coming up I’ll have a ton more boosts to add to my collection. I play mainly WZ with loadouts… lol

Well unfortunately if you get more of these HCS packs and already have the HCS stuff you only get Rare XP boost… Not legendary. Pretty lame if you ask me. I got one hoping for some legendary boost and was disappointed.

I wish 343 would let us give some away. I gift the some of my plat packs to company members from the HCS tourneys so it gives the newbie’s a boost in getting stuff unlocked.
