HCS PACK NOT WORKING

Hello I’m hoping to find a halo member due to I woke up this morning and saw the HCS pack so I bought it and when it was opening to load it just disappeared, so I waited 30mins still didn’t get it and bought it again thinking it could be a fault, now the second time it happened again and I have it recorded for proof so I would like some help sorting out how to get my pack and just one I don’t want two.

yes indeed. same happened to me after purchase no hcs req pack showed up neither did i get any hcs related stuff unlocked. pls someone look in to this!

ok …mine just showed after completing an arena game…

I would think they would show up after a small amount of time, the system could be lagging

You can hard reset your console (hold in power button, switch off power brick and then turn back on) and see if the items show up, happens sometimes with REQ packs. The opening animations skips but the items still get delivered to your inventory. You can also check here on Waypoint to make sure as well

May I just say I was doing an opening video for my YouTube and now I can’t. also I still haven’t got the iteams and I would like only one pack to come through not two I would like a refund on the second one for halos behalf seems it’s not my fault.

I’d double check that you definitely got charged for the pack in case it didn’t go through. You can contact MS / XBL support about the refund, but they may not grant it as the store does provide details on its refund policy for digital items
