i just spent $9.99 on a HCS pack and all i got was all arena blue xp boosters and the halo championship emblem so wheres the challenger armor and helmet which is the only 1 of each i am missing? i even watched youtube videos and ppl got them and also 343 skins so why do i get an emblem and all blue arena xp boosters i am not happy as that is a total waste of $10 to me so please someone explain.
The Challenger set was only available for a limited time between March 20th - 21st 2016 in a special REQ pack. It is currently impossible to obtain it now. Same deal applies for the 343 skins, minus the Unicorn Fire/Ice skins.

Yes, I have everything unlocked. Challenger was the last thing I needed.

I had the exact same thing happen.
I had it happen as well … spent 160,000 REQ points thinking the second pack would contain Challenger … NOPE … total waste
how do i contact customer service as if you got what i was expecting and some of you didn’t then i have a case here and would like it looked into as $10 is wasted from my pov at this moment and i am not to happy about that.

Where is it stated that the Challenger Armor was available/unlockable in the pack?
look above timberling got it also on you tube some ppl got it and some 343 skins. I have all armor and helmets except the challenger so if your only going to give me 5 blue arena xp boosters and an emblem for $9.99 you might want to tell us this as i wouldn’t have bought the pack also it seems some people have got what i thought i was going to get so i am hoping for a resolution here.
I believe that the challenger armour was an exclusive free req pack that came if you watch the hwc final.
as i have stated i have all armors and helmets in the game and skins so what was on the table for me to buy this pack then. I don’t wish to make a huge fuss and would be simply happy to get a refund as i think $10 to get what i and it seems many others got is misleading. the challenger armor and helmet and 343 skins are the only things i don’t have in my armory so seeing my pov here can’t be that hard so hopefully a solution can be reached
I just looked at the store the pack unlocks the Athlon champion armour not challenger which explains the whole 343 skins thing which was patched. For the challenger set wait till the hwc final you’ll get it for free

No. That was a glitch from last year and was patched a long, long time ago. The 343 skins are not available.
The challenger armor was given out for those who watched the HCS final on twitch or the xbox one last year. Details here; the athlon champion armor is available in the req pack (I got it yesterday.)
